Be Vote Ready Logo A check mark that makes the V of Vote. Act Early, Vote Safely.

Are you ready?

#BeVoteReady encourages Mason County residents to be proactive in preparing for the November 3, 2020 General Election.  Acting early helps everyone vote safely and securely.

Don't delay, be prepared today!

The first step in being prepared is to answer the following questions:

  • Are you an "active" registered to voter in Mason County?

  • Is your address is current?

  • Have you had a name change?

  • Do you know the location of your nearest ballot box?

How can I verify the information above?

During the COVID pandemic we encourage the use of online resources whenever possible.  Here are your online options:

VoteWA.gov -  Here you can register (with a valid WA Driver's License or ID); verify your status and address information; find the location of your nearest ballot box; and much more.

Print out a voter registration form if online registration doesn't work for you.  After completing it you can:

Mail it to:  Mason County Elections Dept. PO Box 400, Shelton WA 98584
OR
Drop it off at our new Vote Center: 411 N 5th St., Shelton (Entrance at back of bldg)

In the event you cannot use the online resources listed here, give us a call at 360-427-9670 ext. 470.

What else can I do to be prepared?

Please share elections posts to help us reach more Mason County voters and future voters.

How can you help us, help you?

Please consider an email before you call.
We are a small but dedicated staff.  While we enjoy talking to voters on the phone, we appreciate you seeking the answers here on our website or via email first.  Doing so allows us to prioritize our staff time wisely.  You can contact us at elections@co.mason.wa.us.

An email will allow us to direct you to the resources you need or to call you at a more convenient time when we can answer your questions more thoroughly.   The upcoming election is going to be a busy one so your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
